Assembly Service

 

When you've invested in quality furniture, it's essential to maintain that quality during the assembly process. If you find yourself short on time or lacking the confidence to assemble your flat-pack furniture, the Kama Furniture team is here to assist. Our highly trained experts will visit your home to assemble your furniture, ensuring it's put together with precision.

To make use of our assembly service, you'll need to provide:

  1. A parking space for our van.
  2. Clear instructions on how to reach your home (if necessary).
  3. A parking permit (if required).
    		  

     

    Benefits of using our assembly service:

    1. You can relax or attend to other tasks while our team handles the assembly.
    2. Save time and reduce stress by entrusting us with the task, ensuring your furniture is in perfect condition.

    Furthermore, by choosing our assembly service, the standard 12-month warranty on your furniture will be extended to 24 months upon completion of assembly. While we can typically provide assembly service in the green area shown on the map, there may be exceptions. Unfortunately, we cannot offer assembly service in the red area.

    All prices below include VAT.

    • £29-149: Standard bed frames, Bedside cabinets, Chest of drawers, Coffee tables/side tables, TV cabinets, Dining tables
    • £69-199: Trundle beds, Display cabinets/sideboards, Bunk beds
    • £99-199: Wardrobes, Wall unit sets

    How to Arrange an Assembly?

    To add assembly service, select the "Book assembly service" option in the product details when placing your order. Alternatively, you can call us at 0184 281 0420 and provide your furniture details to our customer service representative. They will provide you with a quote immediately. If you didn't pay for assembly service during your order placement, you'll be charged on the day of assembly.

    What Happens on the Day of Assembly?

    You will be assigned a specific time slot, and our fitting team will contact you 30 minutes before their arrival.

    Space Requirements

    Before scheduling an assembly, consider the following:

    • Check for obstacles like radiators, shelves, door handles, handrails, wall fixtures, light fittings, window sills, and ceiling height.
    • Our wardrobes are freestanding, so extra space is needed for assembly.
    • Ensure the desired location has additional space on either side (at least 30 cm).

    If an assembly date is agreed upon but cannot proceed due to customer-related issues (e.g., insufficient space, unprepared room, customer unavailability, or parking problems), we reserve the right to charge the full assembly fee.

     

    Rubbish Disposal: Our team will not dispose of rubbish but will neatly bundle the packaging for your disposal.

    Old Furniture Removal: We do not provide old furniture removal services. Please clear all work areas to ensure there is enough space for the assembly to take place.
